This version comes with a CD, as it is not available for immediate download. The current version was released October 11, 2010, but none of the information provided with WinWay is information that would go out of date (e.g., no salary information provided).

Features:

WinWay Resume Deluxe comes with over 14,000 resume samples and over 400 cover letter samples, and provides you with power phrases and action words that you can use to describe your experience and skill set.

The user interface is easy to use, however, there is not a resume wizard provided with this application.

WinWay also has an auto formatting feature to make sure that you resume is formatted correctly and free of mistakes. It’s Resume Auditor function can be run to automatically catch any changes that need to be made.

WinWay also has an Online Job Search feature as well as a mobile app that can also access the same job search feature, enabling candidates to search for jobs that are currently available.

When your resume is complete, WinWay will allow you to export your resume to formats such as Word, PDF, HTML, RTF, and more.

Cons:

– No guided wizard
– Resumes might need tweaking in Microsoft Word once they are completed here
